whoa, wtf body. Not complaining, but like... I go and work out one day, for not all that much time... and today I can already feel my body going "WTF STOP SITTING GO DO SOMETHING". like, I feel grosssss just sitting here. so I guess I'm going to walk over to K soon. it is super cold and gross outside, though... but I feel like crap, so evidently it's necessary?

i also keep catching myself wanting to snack and going to the fridge but then looking in there and thinking about and being like "actually, no". it's weird because it's not in a "i shouldn't" way, i go over there and then all of a sudden it sounds gross.

maybe this is actually going to work?
