so, premature end to Venetian, because I looked at my toe this morning and it's awful and pissed off, and anyway, I still can't get it into a closed-toe shoe and today's mostly teardown day and I wouldn't be able to do much because that sounds like a real good way to bust the whole thing open, being surrounded by a lot of people running around with heavy things and not watching where they're going it. so I'm home rereading HP7 because I blew through it in 5 hours last night so that I could find out what happened and not be stuck at an exciting bit when I had to go run followspot -- which, of course, I wound up not having to do.
