Sep. 23rd, 2007 08:22 pmthings are better but still not great -- a lot of up and down.
I went for a walk on Friday and found a lot of little nice benches in quiet corners along the river and along the beach where I can go when I need space... provided it isn't raining, of course...
I paid $14 today to do laundry (2 pounds per load of wash, 1 pound for 50 minutes in the dryer per load of wash and the dryers are crap so one of the loads took two trips). I have to hand-rewash 1/3 of it because the machines did not actually clean it in the slightest. (All of this was in the two-trips-through-the-dryer load, of course.)
Chrissy and I went to Stonehaven yesterday and it was amazing and gorgeous and wonderful, and if you're on Facebook pictures are there but if not I'll post them soon here... I swear. Really. Honestly.
I finally found a gay boy here and that makes me really, really happy. My life was getting dangerously gay-boy-deficient. I mean, I didn't ask, but there is a certain way in which no straight man will ever dance to "Hips Don't Lie"....
edit:// and I left this entry and went out, of course, because all I do is go out... seem to be making official friends though, not just "people you meet once and get their number and then never see again."
