800/2500 words. An intro paragraph that transitions really beautifully into 3 concluding ones.

10:00 AM:
1300/2500, after being sort of distracted by conversation. Given where I am in what I have to say... this is not looking good.

11:15 AM:
1900/2500, after having coffee and toast and reworking a bunch of shit that I wrote earlier.

2300/OH HOLY MOTHER OF FUCK RED BULL ALL OVER MY KEYBOARD OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD AAAGGGHH

... I did manage to email it to myself, though. Before shutting it off and enacting every keyboard-saving technique known to man.

Still 2300/??? (the actual assignment was between 2500 and 3000, I was just aiming low before.)
