Dec. 30th, 2007 04:06 pmEvidently this is how I'm spending the end of my last day in London. Ah well. I've basically seen all of the main things except for the parts you have to pay to get into, because it just doesn't seem worth it -- I would've paid to do the London Eye thing, but I would've also had to stand in a two-hour queue, and £15 plus my sanity is too high a cost. I'm running out of camera memory anyway, haha... and that's WITH cleaning out the shitty pictures, which I'm sometimes bad about, meaning I probably need to either downgrade picture quality (nooooo!) or buy a third memory card (money! agh!) before I do the two-weeks-of-traveling thing at the end of January.
Today I also discovered the downside of traveling alone, which is that it generates a lot of time alone with my brain, and that's never a good thing. I'm not going to go into it further except that the horribly emo post I was mentally composing while wandering the Tate is gone, so that's good, although the key points of it are still lingering. I just need more distraction in my life.
Not looking forward to the going-back-and-forth-across-London-repeatedly aspect of this evening.
