numberoneblindum, wow. so apparently my lighting class's goal is to kill me, seeing as we have an at least moderately extensive PROJECT due EVERY OTHER CLASS DAY until the end of the quarter.
by tomorrow I have to pick a scene from a play and come up with a lighting concept and rough plot for it. mind you, I have reheasal in less than three hours. until 11. and I just found out about this NOW.
by next tuesday (Feb. 28): storyboards/renderings. Mar. 2: present project, for which I need to realise that scene design, and find actors. Mar. 7: either a research paper or another music project -- like this last one only bigger. Mar. 9: last chance to discuss final project. Mar. 15: Final project. For one scene of a play: section, ground plan (oh boy, drafting), concept including visual metaphor and how it will be implemented, instrument schedule, shop order, cue-to-cue synopsis.
mind you, throughout this: death by Polisci.
