Bwaurgh. So Alyssa is in Detroit, Jansi is at home, Emily is at home working until tomorrow, Sarah is somewhere, and Holly has vanished for the evening. Which means everyone is gone and I am BORED. I am so bored I am contemplating CLEANING.
By Sunday:
-Put together about 6 minutes of presentation on Adolphe Appia. Possibly with pictures. Doesn't have to be done by then but has to be reasonably well-put-together as that is when my group is meeting next.
By Monday:
-About 40 pages of Polisci reading
-Probably another 40 pages of assorted readings for Revolt
-Come up with another design for Waiting for Godot. Start my bloody drawings.
By Tuesday:
-Have presentation-worthy drawings and plans for 3 set designs, and be ready to do a pitch for one of them. Possibly have some models, or at least a sample of what my tree'll look like.
-Call Mouse to make a run downtown for cigar boxes for our next project (don't ask).
So far, I have:
-One brief article on Appia
-Two scene designs in really-shitty-sketch form.
Agghhhh. Gonna die.
Which means I should be working. But I don't really work well on Friday nights. At present the plan is to clean and find/print Appia stuff, then go to bed and ACTUALLY SLEEP for once this week, and get up early... make a Hobby Lobby run for vellum, then use my light plot and the measurements I don't know off it that I got from Jon to make a basic "stage from the front" template that I can overlay when I do my other drawings. I could do it all in photoshop but... eh. It's harder to work in scale there. Get drawings at least started for the designs that I do have, probably in the studio so that I can make use of the Prismacolor markers. Really Design is my big concern, I'm a little concerned about the presentation but probably not nearly as much as I should be since Design is using up my being-concerned ration.
Anyway babbling.
Oh, coming home next weekend, late Friday. leaving early Monday, most likely. so yeah.
say, it'll make you insane
and it's bending the truth
you're to blame
for all the life that you'll lose
