SLICING UP EYEBALLS AH HA HA HO
Tomorrow, hopefully, I go hunt down Family Video's District Manager and talk him into re-hiring me. wish me luck?
(have spent last week and a half freaking out that they didn't want me, but basically it just turns out that a. the manager there has decided I am Scott's problem, since he knows me, and b. since they're not losing people until June, it's not a big deal to them right now, which is why they didn't get on him about it. but they also understood my "look I am just trying to get my life in order right now and I want to know if I will have a way to make money soon", so they told me when he's there for me to find and talk to.)
Today? OH MY GOD I AM SICK OF THEATRE SHIT. Also, sick of stupid. I did take some pretty awesome pictures tonight, though.
Class statuses:
Figure Drawing: OH. Okay. I'm actually quite good at this now that I've gotten back in gear.
Design II: I'll get an A because it's Jon, but I have concluded that killing the director is probably the only solution to some of the lighting problems I have right now. ("So, uh, this blocking? Puts her somewhere I can't light. Maybe a little, but it won't match the rest of the scene." "Oh. That's okay!" "If you moved her 3 feet forward, I could hit her with the area lights and she would almost sort of match." "No, I want her there." ". . . . .")
Directing: HA HA HA EPIC FAIL
okay I should sleep so I can get up all early-like and call Family Video...
