opinion
abortion: I don't know if I'd be able to do it but hey, your choice. Although partial-birth is really not cool, it doesn't take that long to know if you're pregnant, just get it taken care of as soon as possible.
death penalty: I would maybe support it in some cases if the criminal justice system wasn't so hopelessly fucked. As it is now, though, it's unfair -- too much of a risk of someone being killed for a crime they didn't commit. And anyway, it's a better punishment to make someone live with their guilt...
