Jan. 27th, 2004 06:27 pmso my day found a new and different way to suck... heh.
because yeah. I cut off a chunk of finger during 4th hour.
managed that with an x-acto knife and a straightedge... nothing major, but a big enough chunk o' flesh that I found it and could hold it up and show it to people, anyway. I think it was mostly callus, which is bad but good -- nothing vital, but if it was there to begin with that means I won't be playing guitar for a while. Bled like hell, too -- on and off basically from 12 to 5. and I have bruises on my knuckles from biting my hand to keep from screaming in pain whenever something hit my finger mid-rehearsal.
it doesn't hurt now unless I bump it. or bend my finger. or try to change the bandaid. the changing the bandaid is the worst, had to a half-hour ago and hoooooooly shit. pain pain pain.
but yeah, typing is currently a pain in the ass, so I'm going to go do homework now.
