today I used what could be considered feminine wiles to get someone to help me haul a large box (big, awkward, and 50 pounds) up the stairs. I was going to bribe a jock to do it but then I realised that I could probably get help if I put on a tank top (i.e. wasn't dressed like a boy) and started dragging it down the sidewalk towards my dorm. sure enough a friendly international student showed up and offered to help me with it, followed shortly by a jock offering the same who I refused because I wasn't going to make two boys carry it for me when I could get the other side just as easily. still, chivalry ain't dead, baby.

what was in the box? well that is what's awesome.

I have a FREEZER. Not a mini-fridge -- already got one of those but as we all know the freezers are useless -- but a FREEZER. A freezer the size of my fridge. It is fucking amazing oh my god. I am so excited. you have no idea. i can go and buy lean cuisines and hot pockets and NOT HAVE TO EAT IN THE CAF. and buy frozen fruit and make smoothies and ohmygod. and if I really need to I can set it to be a fridge, so...

uh yeah.

anyway i need to finish my game of literati and remove groceries from my bed, so yeah.

heh, well, I DID get it from you. but it was also funny because I played it in my car and my suitemate was like "oh my god I love this song! and I haven't heard it in FOREVER!" so that was kind of cool, heh.

And yeah. I have Red Bull. This means it is sad that I do not also have Jager.
