so yesterday, as I slept my day away, and last night, as I sat in the library at 1:45 AM, and really for the last week, I've just been thinking, "I really just need a day or two off to relax and do nothing and recuperate and recenter."

This morning Alyssa knocked on my door at 8:00 AM and informed me that the power was out and classes were cancelled.

um, hell yes.

(back now, but we just got back and even if classes are back on, my last one is almost over, so...)

almost everything I needed to work on was/is done, so she, Jansi, and I went out to breakfast and then made a very successful shopping trip.

now, library to finish homework, and then work, and yeah. :D
