Book: The Black Jewels Trilogy by Anne Bishop. It's three books (Daughter of the Blood, Heir the Shadows, Queen of the Darkness), and then the other book is The Invisible Ring, which is like, what The Hobbit is to Lord of the Rings. Timeline wise it comes first, but if you read it first there are major possibilities of getting confused. These books are major fantasy realm type stuff, fyi.

Jurassic Park is an excellent read (very different from the movie).

If I think of any other really good ones I'll reply again.

Movies: ...OMG. UHM. Finding Neverland, Happy Feet, Titanic (DO ITTTTT), Empire Records (I think you'd really like that), The Labryinth, Pan's Labyrinth, Resident Evil(1 & 2), The Ring, The Grudge, The Haunting, A Tale of Two Sisters (foreign film, hard to get into but it's worth the watch, I think), UhhhhALL Disney movies (if you want specific favorites of mine, just ask XD), The Dark Crystal...etc etc. >_> I could go on forever.

Anyway, that's er, my input XD Questions, comments, concerns? ^^;;

books: catch 22 and a culture of fear

movies: happy feet turned into a save the penguins movie, so i dont know if you would be into that. um... clockwork orange, garden state, one flew over the coocoo's nest, eturnal sunshine of the spotless mind, fear and loathing in las vegas, where the buffalos roam, girl interupted, memiors(sp?) of a geisha--realy good long but good, i do think you might like this one. to have and have not (black and white but really really really really amazing!) the mating habbits of the earth bound human. yeah.... i cant think of anymore right now.
