at least I got a recessive trait for a nose, too

So I was thinking I wanted to get a bike for next semester. I'm not living that far off campus, and it's in a reasonably safe neighborhood, but it'd still be nice to have that option sometimes, plus I hate running so it'd be a way to get a little more activity in my life. However, I haven't had/used a bike since I was maybe 11. The old one was still in the basement, but I mean, it's from when I was 11. Obviously not going to work anymore.

....except for the fact that I've grown maybe an inch since then, because genetics hate me.

Yeah. In a family where my mother is 5'8", my father is 6'4", both of my grandmothers are/were 5'8"-5'9", both of my grandfathers are/were over 6', I have FEMALE COUSINS who are over 6'... my bike from when was 11 still has the seat set at the right place.

This is very convenient, I guess.

...It's also a little depressing, no? >.>

You are only allowed to have a bike if I can learn to ride it!
It's embarassing because I know it would be so useful in my life.

Of course! As long as you are okay with a pink and blue Huffy, hahaha. I'm pretending it's meant to be ironically nerdy.
