wow, it's an update!

numberoneblindokay, it's time for an actual entry, since we haven't seen one of THOSE in a while...
so, let's see here. um. I'm still sick. I've been coughing my brains out for 4 days now, I went to the doctor today, and apparantly I have bronchitis. oh woo hoo. so I'm on medication, hopefully it won't fuck with my head or anything 'cause I don't need that.
I've been busy with a doomish persuasive research paper for Compostion about raising the minimum wage... I finished it last night at 2 AM and turned it in this morning and it is now DONE. yessssss. I should've stayed home today but for some reason I didn't, and so everyone I know was telling me to go home this morning... but blah. oh well. all I missed was pre-calc so I could go to the doctor.
Urgh. Someone in my school started a Young Republicans club. ew ew ew. They have signs all over the school that are pissing me off... mainly because they've got the slogan "Because When You're Right... You're Right!" on them which makes me want to vomit up my internal organs. I wanted to alter the slogan on them but I was trying to be quick and sneaky so instead I just drew a circle with a line through it on the little elephant logo on the signs, you know, like the "no smoking" signs only "no Republicans". Bleh. But some girl I kind of know talked to my Global Studies teacher, and she convinced him to start up a Young Liberals club. so yay for that. actually I have a t-shirt design I can dig out that we could maybe use... bwahahaha.
The Christmas dance is this weekend and I am not going. Because,
A. it's a dance,
B. I don't own a dress,
C. it's $15 to get in,
D. I don't have a date,
E. I'm sick, and
F. I DON'T FUCKING WANT TO.
a veritable alphabet of reasons. whee.
blar. and I've got Comp homework (oh what a shocker!) so yeah. time to stop procrastinating.
